Today marks the start of the now annual
Cape Town Festival of Beer!! Can I hear a 'woooooo-hooooo!!!!'
I'll be going tonight and tomorrow
night, because, after all, there are way too many beers to try in one
day (although we'll try really hard to taste as many as we can).
There will also be some wine available
for your girlfriends (and lady-like friends) who don't drink beer. I
however am more than keen to get stuck into some REAL craft beer.
Here are the deets:
23-25 November at Hamilton's Rugby Club
in Green Point
Plenty of craft beer from all around
the country – expect brands such as: Triggerfish, Camelthorn,
DarlingBrewery, Jack Black, Napier, Gallows Hill, Robson's Shongweni
Brewery, Royal Mzansi, plus tons more including some newbies! (150
different beers in total)
There will be food stalls to line those
beer bellies...
Plus: they'll be screening the rugby on
Saturday
